Our tax team is led by our founder and CEO, Vanessa Kruze, CPA, and Dave Lowe, CPA and regularly helps clients during complex acquisitions by public companies - because, when your startup is getting acquired for hundreds of millions of dollars, you can bet that there is going to be a review of your tax return! Our bookkeeping and monthly compliance team is led by Bill Hollowsky, CPA, and has helped hundreds of startups manage their burn rates and raise billions of dollars in venture capital financing. And our COO and VP of Financial Strategy both have experience as venture capitalists, and regularly review pitch decks prior to our clients beginning a fund raise. Our VP of Finance is a former Wall Street banker and has worked with early-stage startups, advising them as they manage their burn and create projections.
